Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a fiber-reinforced concrete and a fiber-reinforced concrete member having excellent mechanical strength, durability and workability with a low material cost. SOLUTION: The fiber-reinforced concrete is formed by dispersing and incorporating the fiber into a cement-based matrix containing cement, a first pozzolanic reaction particle having high activity, a second pozzolanic reaction particle having lower activity than the first pozzolanic reaction particle, a first aggregate particle having the maximum particle size of ≤2.5 mm, an average particle size within a range of 0.4 mm to 0.8 mm and a coarse particle ratio within a range of 1.5 to 3.5 and a second aggregate particle having the maximum particle size of ≤0.425 mm, an average particle size within a range of 0.1 mm to 0.3 mm and a coarse particle ratio within a range of 0.4 to 0.8, at least one kind of a dispersant and water.
