Abstract:

To provide a method capable of cost effectively advantageously manufacturing a member which is adequately usable for an air nozzle for a soda recovering boiler, etc., and has excellent high-temperature corrosion-resistant material.

The method of manufacturing the high-temperature corrosion- resistant material by mixing coating layer forming powder, with a binder and a solvent to prepare a slurry or paste and applying this slurry or the paste over the entire surface exclusive of a portion or ingate of the inside surfaces of casting molds, then injecting the melt of a base metal therein, in which the coating layer forming powder consists of a high Al-Cr-Ni material.
