Abstract:
To reduce the number of parameters for determining a termination time of etching in order to decrease thickness of two glass substrates stuck to each other.
If the etching thickness of two sheets of glass substrates 1 and 2 laminated to each other is managed by the etching time while keeping the temperature and concentration of an etching liquid 13 in an etching tank 12 constant, taking into consideration that an etching speed is uniquely determined according to the temperature and concentration of the etching liquid 13 in the etching tank 12, the parameter is only an etching time and this reduces the number of parameters for determining the termination time of etching to reduce thickness of the two glass substrates laminated to each other.
