To provide a method for rapidly manufacturing a metal composite hose containing a metal thin film layer and a resin layer provided on its inner or outer periphery (particularly preferably on the outer periphery) or particularly a metal composite corrugated hose of a high quality.

The method for manufacturing the metal composite hose comprises the steps of heating a metal thin film or a metal tube constituted of a laminated material containing the thin film to a temperature of a melting point or a glass transition point of a resin powder to a decomposing temperature by an induction heating method while contacting the tube with the powder by a flow dipping method or a burying method, and fusion bonding the powder to form the resin layer.
