Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a micro flow chip which shortens the production process remarkably compared to the conventional method.
SOLUTION: A molding base material 40 is arranged between a pair of dies 13, 6. A base plate 41 is formed by heating the dies 13, 6 and the molding base material 40 and pressing the molding base material 40 by using the dies 13, 6 to transfer a flow passage pattern on the surface of the molding base material 40. After the dies 13, 6 and the base plate 41 are cooled to a prescribed temperature, the dies 13, 8 are opened and a cover plate 42 is placed over the base plate 41. The cover plate 42 is joined to the base plate 41 by heating the dies 13, 6, the base plate 41 and the cover plate 42 and pressing the base plate 41 and the cover plate 42.
