To provide: a method for manufacturing a modified conductive composite, capable of more quietly reacting an amine compound than a conventional one; a method for manufacturing a modified conductive composite dispersion; and a method for manufacturing a conductive film.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a modified conductive composite comprises: adding an amine compound to a preparation liquid including: a conductive composite including a π conjugated conductive polymer and a polyanion; and an aqueous dispersion medium to obtain a heterogeneous liquid phase without dissolving at least a part of the amine compound in the aqueous dispersion medium; and reacting the conductive composite with the amine compound in the heterogeneous liquid phase to sort a modified conductive composite deposited in the aqueous dispersion medium. The weight average molecular weight of the polyanion is 200,000-300,000, and the mass ratio of the π conjugated conductive polymer: the polyanion is (1:2) to (1:5).SELECTED DRAWING: None
