A cutting tool 32 for forming the cut part in the multi-layer container comprises a cutting blade 321, and a projection 322 for evaluation of the depth of the cut part. The projection 322 for evaluation of the depth of the cut part is provided with a first cut part depth evaluation projection 322A, and a second cut part depth evaluation projection 322B. In the first cut part depth evaluation projection 322A, length size difference to cutting blades 321A and 321B is similar to the minimum value of a set depth size range for the cut parts 112A and 112B. In the second cut part depth evaluation projection 322B, length size difference to the cutting blades 321A and 321B is similar to the maximum value of a set depth size range for the cut parts 112A and 112B.
