Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an oscillator which improves the production efficiency by manufacturing different types of oscillator using the same process and mask, while reducing the cost and contributing to resource saving.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing an oscillator having an inverting amplifier 1, fixed capacity elements 2, 3 and variable capacity elements 4, 5, a frequency voltage control terminal 6 supplying a control voltage for making the capacity of the variable capacity elements variable, and frequency voltage control terminal resistors R1, R2, and is used by connecting a vibrator in parallel with the inverting amplifier forms a SPXO by a frequency voltage control terminal grounding step forming ground means 7 for normally short-circuiting the frequency voltage control terminal 6 to the ground potential, and has a frequency voltage control terminal opening step following the grounding step, and making the oscillator usable as a VCXO, by changing the form of the ground means 7 so as to release the frequency voltage control terminal from the ground potential.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
