Abstract:
To provide an improved package container with reduced risk such as a deformation of the package container or a breakage of a seal between a closing apparatus for transportation and a package container wall.SOLUTION: A package container comprises an inside compartment and a closing apparatus for transportation closing the inside compartment. A pressure release valve is provided at the closing apparatus for transportation. A method according to the present invention includes steps of: forming a tubular container body having an upper body opening; placing the container body at an upper body opening seal station having a plunger piston including a bottom plate provided with an open hole; closing the upper body opening by pushing the closing apparatus for transportation into the upper body opening so that pressure exceeding surrounding pressure is generated in the tubular container body; discharging gas from the valve to pre-condition the valve; and fitting the closing apparatus for transportation to the container body wall.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
