PURPOSE: To easily and speedily obtain the mixture which is advantageous in price by putting filler dispersion together with rubber solution, and precipitating and drying a rubber-filler mixture.

CONSTITUTION: The filler (carbon black, etc., having any activity) is dispersed in an organic solvent and then mixed with rubber solution to obtain stable rubber-containing filler dispersion (preferably containing 5-13 pts.wt. rubber), which is introduced into hot water containing dispersed fillet and subjected to high shearing forces, causing the organic solvent to simultaneously be largely distilled off. After the rubber containing filler dispersion has been completely added and aqueous filler dispersion is added, water is removed from the precipitated rubber-filler mixture, and the product mixture is dried under constant agitation.
