Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a precast concrete(PC) slab that can be applied without using any decoration tile with special structure and has improved execution property/economy/electronic wave absorption performance.
SOLUTION: A decoration tile 1 is spread all over the inner bottom surface of a form. A ferrite thin-plate band-shaped aggregate 9 is spread all over the tile 1, while including a mortar 8. One aggregate 9 is formed by integrating an entire part, while aligning a ferrite thin plate 3 in a band and holding both the sides of the arrangement with a groove-type clip material 10. A spacer- projecting piece 2 is integrated into one side of the clip material 10. The projecting piece 2 of the aggregate 9 being spread all over the tile 1 projects toward the upper surface side of the aggregate 9. A metal mesh 4 for reflecting electronic waves is arranged on the projecting piece 2 of the aggregate 9, and at the same time a reinforcing bar 5 for structure is arranged at its upper portion. Concrete 9 is placed in the form and the tile 1, the aggregate 9, the metal mesh 4, and the reinforcing bar 5 for structure are integrated along with concrete 6.
