Abstract:
To efficiently produce a resin foam containing a plasticizer.SOLUTION: In a step S10, a first resin to which a plasticizer is added is heated in a first atmosphere containing a first gas. The first resin is cured, for example, gelled by heating. A step S30 is performed after the step S10. In the step S30, the first resin is positioned in a second atmosphere in which the partial pressure of the first gas is less than the first pressure. As a result, a part of the first gas dissolved in the plasticizer is separated from the plasticizer. In the step S10, the first resin is cured to the extent where the resin is foamed by the first gas separated from the plasticizer. Therefore, by the treatment in step S30, the first resin is foamed by the separated first gas, and the volume of the first resin is expanded. It is preferable that a cooling step (step S20) is performed between a heating step (step S10) and a depressurizing step (step S30).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
