To provide a rotary Rhoenrad with a knockdown type fixed stand capable of rotating on a narrow place or an uneven slab without a wide and nearly even floor surface, preventing the overturn, allowing a user to carry it passing through a door with a regular height, and allowing a powerless user to rotate it with motive power.

The knockdown type Rhoenrad is combined with the knockdown type fixed stand. Since the fixed stand has open legs, it does bit overturn. In addition, since the rotary Rhoenrad rotates on the fixed stand, a wide and flat floor surface is not necessary. Further, as the rotary Rhoenrad can be dissembled, it can be carried through a narrow doorway.
