Abstract:
To provide a rope fastener and training equipment allowing a suffi cient margin for adjusting the length of a rope for the training equipment and capable of miniaturization so that it becomes not an obstacle in the training.
The rope fastener 15 is rotatably attached to a handle 10 for training to connect the handle 10 to the end of a rope 3. The rope fastener 15 has a fastener body 16 made of a board material which is gourd-shaped on the whole. The fastener body 16 has two through holes 16a and 16b for the rope 3 to be inserted thereinto, and recesses 16c and 16d are formed on both left and right sides of the fastener body 16.
