Abstract:
To provide a method for manufacturing a rubber roller in which a core metal and a rubber layer can be easily separated, and in which the core metal and the rubber layer are not deflected from each other in the subsequent stage of mannufacturing process and use as the product, and a rubber roller in the method.
In this method for manufacturing a robber roller, an electroless nickel plating layer is formed on the surface of the core metal, inactive film by inactivation treatment is formed on it, and the rubber layer is formed on the surface of the core metal. Prior to formation of the rubber layer on the core metal, part of the inactive film on the surface of the core metal is eliminated.
