Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a screen printing plate, in which positioning accuracy of an original plate mask for forming a second metal layer can be easily improved with respect to a first metal layer.SOLUTION: After a photosensitive resist layer is exposed by using a first original plate mask 40 and developed to form a resist pattern 31, a first metal layer having a mesh hole and a reference hole 11 is formed by electrolytic plating. After a second original plate mask 44 having a reference line 47, which is formed in a second light-transmitting part 46 and is thinner than the reference hole 11 and to be disposed out of at least the reference hole 11, is positioned with respect to the reference hole 11, a negative photosensitive resist is exposed while the second light-transmitting part 46 is shielded against light, and developed to form a resist pattern. Then a second metal layer having a patterned printing hole and covering the reference hole 11 is formed by electrolytic plating.
