Abstract:
To form a scroll of high quality by effectively using cold forging means.
A long material 1 formed by a standing plate part 1a and a horizontal plate part 1b to form a T-shaped section is rolled such that the standing plate part 1a becomes a spiral shape to form a primary molding product 2. The primary molding product 2 is set in a cavity 4 and the horizontal plate part 1b is integrally connected in a disc-like shape by cold forging. The whole body of the scroll is also improved in precision. This scroll is commercialized.
