Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome such problems that in a laminated body of folded wet sheets, it is required to superpose top and bottom sheets with a proper superpos ing width, but when combined individual sheets in such a manner are formed by a complicated folding structure, the folding process becomes complicated, and the speed of the manufacturing line cannot be increased.
SOLUTION: An individual band-shape sheet S which is fed out from a stock roll S0, is double folded by first folding processes 10a and 10b, and folded bands S1, S2, S3 and so forth are formed. Then, in second folding processes 12a, 12b, 12c and so forth, the already folded bands S1, S2, S3 and so forth are combined with each other, and folded in. Then, a band-shape sheet laminated body 13 is cut by a cutter 14. The combine-folding is performed using the folded bands which are folded in the first folding processes, and thus, the sheet laminated body having a complicated folding structure can be manufactured at a high speed.
