Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the throughput of communication and to stabilize and uniformarize the communication between local mobile terminal stations.
SOLUTION: An optional mobile terminal station 29 or the like confirming the absence of a local control station due to carrier sensing declares that the mobile terminal station 29 acts like a control station for TDMA communication. When the station making the declaration receives no reply from mobile terminal stations in a local communication area over a prescribed time, the station making the declaration terminates its communication and releases the communication space. When a control station or the like for a 1st local communication receives a 2nd local communication, the control station revises a channel (frequency) of the 1st local communication or integrates the 1st local communication into the 2nd local communication. Furthermore, the control station adjusts a transmission level of each station on the basis of transmission level information from an opposite station and reception level information of present station. A mobile terminal station 21 in the communication area of which a local control station 11 exists transmits a communication start request to the control station 11.
