Abstract:
To provide a method of manufacturing steel sheet capable of stably passing a tension leveler without causing chattering while securing necessary elongation rate when executing pickling and cold rolling after a hot rolled steel sheet is passed through the tension leveler.
Ultrasonic waves and/or cavitation are applied to the surface of the hot rolled steel sheet when manufacturing the steel sheet by executing the pickling and cold rolling after the hot rolled steel sheet 1 is passed through the tension leveler 3.
