Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and accurately from a complicated display of many colors in such a manner that printing parts which are not hardened are formed by sequentially printing silicone ink composites of different colors on pads, and after completion of the printing, the printing parts are simultaneously hardened.
SOLUTION: A swimming cap 4 made of silicone rubber is fixed on a print stage 3 which can be moved by a belt conveyer 2 and is conveyed to a pad printer 1A. Meanwhile, grooves formed on a plate are uniformly filled with a silicone ink composite by a squeegee. The silicone ink composite of the first color is transferred from the plate to a pad 7 made of silicone rubber. By pressing the silicone rubber pad onto the surface of the swimming cap 4 made of silicone rubber, the silicone ink composite of the first color is again transferred. After that, the swimming cap 4 is conveyed to a pad printer 1B. Similarly, silicone ink composites of the second to fourth colors are printed by pad printers 1B-1D and the print stage 3 is conveyed to a hardening oven 9 to harden the ink composites.
