Abstract:

To provide a method for marking letters, marks, or the like, on the surface of a golf ball.

The method for marking on a golf ball is for displaying letters, marks, or the like, by irradiating laser beams on the surface of the outermost layer of the golf ball formed of a resin or rubber including 1-7 wt.% of a metal compound whose color can be changed with irradiated laser beams.
