Abstract:
To provide a permanent magnet temperature distribution measurement method for a permanent magnet rotor which can grasp the temperature distribution of a magnet before magnetization during or after heating.SOLUTION: In a permanent magnet temperature distribution measurement method for a permanent magnet rotor, when a permanent magnet rotor having a rotation shaft in the center of an iron core, a slot on the outer peripheral side of the rotation shaft in the iron core, and a magnet before magnetization in the slot is heated, the temperature distribution of the magnet before magnetization can be grasped, and the temperature distribution of the magnet before magnetization during or after heating in the axial and width direction of the rotation shaft is grasped by inserting a plurality of thermocouples into a flux barrier formed in the iron core and arranging the thermocouples at each of a plurality of positions in the axial direction of the rotation axis.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
