Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a method and mold for molding a heat-resistant container in which a container having a heat-resistant bottom part can be formed without deteriorating a moldability.
CONSTITUTION: A molding method comprises a primary blow molding stage for molding a preform into a primary molded article 44 having a container shape, a heat-treating stage for heat-treating the primary molded article 44, and a final blow molding stage for molding the heat-treated primary molded article 44 into a finished container shape. In the primary blow molding stage, a kick part 46 is formed in a bottom part 48 of the primary molded article 44. The kick part 46 is formed into a kick shape of a finished container. In this case, since a preform having a sufficient quantity of potential heat can be shaped by a complicated mold, a kick shape complicate and sufficient for obtaining a heat resistance can be easily molded.
