Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heighten design effect by showing, for example, a shoe bottom material of an upper layer at a part of a heel of the bottom of a plural layer structures having different colors, and enhancing a cushioning effect.
SOLUTION: In the case of molding a shoe bottom S of a color drift at a tape S2 of an upper layer and a sole S2 of a lower layer by a last mold 2, side mold 3 and bottom mold 4, the mold 4 is raised to a position of an upper stage, a space for molding the tape S is formed. Simultaneously, a pin 17 contained in the mold 4 is opposed in the space to inject the tape S1 material, only the mold 4 is lowered to a position of a lower stage while holding a position of the pin 17, and a space for molding the sole S2 is formed. Then, the sole S2 material is injected in the space to form a design recess (q) of the state punched with the sole S2, and the color of the tape S1 is took a look.
