In the method for molding a woodgrained resin finished product by which a molding material containing cellulose material crushings, a resin and a pigment is melted and mixed by an extrusion molding machine and the mixture is extruded from a mouthpiece 30 at the tip of a die head 20, the molten resin to be fed into the die head 20 by the screw 14 of the extrusion molding machine is separated into two molten resin layers M1, M2 holding a torpedo 40 in between with the help of the torpedo 40 set in the die head 20. In addition, one of the two molten resin layers M1, M2 is joined together from its outer face side at the mouthpiece 30 which follows the torpedo 40. Further, the resin finished product is extruded by using the inner face side of the confluent molten resin layer as the surface of a design side.
