The host device stores all musical piece files and information files and stores lists (information file lists) of required information files by a plurality regions where the communication KARAOKE device is installed. When information files will be downloaded simultaneously with downloading of a musical piece file to the communication KARAOKE device in a certain region, an information file required for the region is determined on the basis of the region where the communication KARAOKE device is installed, and only the required information file is joined with the musical piece file and is downloaded, and thus the processing efficiency and the communication efficiency are improved. At this time, the list of information files which the communication KARAOKE device has is requested, and only a lacking part is downloaded to improve the efficiency furthermore.
