To provide radio equipment which provides a pleasant speaking environment making a transmission side easy to make a conversation by using only sound data to help feeling expression or production of an atmosphere for conversations on the transmission side.

The radio equipment is provided with a sound data storage part 12 where sound data like imitation sounds or voices which helps feeling expression and production of the atmosphere for conversations are stored and a mixing means 53 which mixes sound data read out from the sound data storage part 12 and voice data of conversations which are being made, and read sound data like imitation sounds is transmitted to the destination together with voice data in order to easily transmit feelings on the transmission side to the destination, to make the transmission side easy to make a conversation, and to provide a pleasant speaking environment.
