PURPOSE: To manufacture a molded body with a high orientation property by a simple treating operation.

CONSTITUTION: In the cylindrical space between the outer cylinder 4 having a filter paper 5 disposed inside and the circular pillar 3, there is housed a solution in which flake talk being separated and ground into pieces by a bowl mill or the like is dispersed into a solvent, and by rotating the outer cylinder by a motor 9, shearing stress is generated on the solution and centrifugal force is effected to the flake particles in the solution so as to orientation-mold the flake particles on the filter paper, thereby obtaining a molded body with a very fine degree of orientation in comparison to powders with random orientation.
