PURPOSE: To effect pouring without entraining air in the pouring pipe by putting the tip-end opening part of the pouring pipe connected to the discharge port at the bottom of a tank into contact with the bottom surface of a vessel, and filling slurry into the pouring pipe, and then successively pouring slurry by lifting up the tip-end opening part.
CONSTITUTION: When slurry 6 is discharged and poured into a vessel 5 at the lower part, a stirring machine 7 is stopped, a valve 3a is completely opened, and at the same time a valve 2 is opened slightly. Since the lower end part 3a is put into contact, and thus blocked, with the bottom surface 5a of the vessel 5, slurry does not enter the vessel 5 and is filled in the pouring pipe and, accompanying this, air in a pouring pipe 3 is discharged from the air vent pipe 3a. After it is verified that slurry 6 overflows from the air vent pipe 3a and is filled in the pouring pipe 3, the valve 3a is closed and the valve 2 is fully opened and, simultaneously. the pouring pipe 3 is lifted up. As a consequence of this way, air is not entrained into slurry 6. When slurry 6 is completed to be poured with a predetermined quantity, the valve 2 is closed, and pouring pipe 3 is lifted up, so that the operation returns to an initial condition, and the next vessel is carried thereinto.
