A combination of a cathode, a grid and an anode corresponding to a target part of a subject to be photographed is selected, and power is fed to the selected cathode to generate electronic beams. At this time, the negative limited potential of the selected grid is released, and a positive potential is applied to the specific anode selected as the target to be the equal potential in the circumferential direction via a plurality of feeding points. Then, by forming a bias potential from the cathode to the specific anode, radiation of the electronic beams passing the grid from the cathode to the specific anode is permitted.
