Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To predict the performance of a polymer composition configured of individual materials including a plurality of polymers and a plurality of compound agents.SOLUTION: A prediction method for the performance of a polymer composition includes: a step S1 of inputting first data including information relating to molecules of individual materials including a plurality of polymers and a plurality of compound agents; a step S2 of inputting second data including a blending ratio of the materials of a plurality of types of polymer compositions mixing several materials; a step S3 of inputting third data including a first performance corresponding to each polymer composition of the second data; a step 4 of constituting an approximate response function showing a relationship with the first data, the second data, and the third data; a step 6 of inputting a blending ratio of the materials of the polymer composition of an estimation object and information relating to molecules of each material; and a step 9 of calculating first performance of the polymer composition of the estimation object based on the approximate response function, the blending ratio of the materials of the polymer composition of the estimation object and information relating to the molecules of each material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
