To a method for efficiently mass-preparing various laminins or aggregates thereof.

A protein aggregate containing laminin coiled coil(LCC) domain heteromultimers is obtained by synthesizing respective subunits constituting the objective protein aggregate, using a cell-free protein synthetic system derived from insect cultured cell extract liquid, under the condition of reducing agent absence.
