Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce a weight of a neutron decelerating material so that the material can be used for aircraft.
CONSTITUTION: A device 1 incorporating a semiconductor RAM is surrounded by means of a container 2 made of the paraffin resin of a material containing a large amount of atoms of a small atomic number. By decelerating high-speed neutrons flying into the device 1 by means of the container 2, the occurrence of knock on-atomic nucleus is suppressed in the device 1.
