PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing method of a lacquer coating film which enables not only making the most of lacquer in the field of lacquer crafts, but also the creation of a new industry by a fusion of an advanced technology and lacquer having various kinds of resistances and an electrically insulating property, and having the characteristics of being harmless to the humans and environments and gentle thereto.SOLUTION: A method for processing a lacquer coating film comprises the steps of: forming, in a surface of the lacquer coating film 12, a predetermined pattern including a recess and a hole without producing an adverse effect, such as deformation or quality change owing to heat, on a part of the lacquer coating film 12 other than a part subjected to laser irradiation by irradiating the surface of the lacquer coating film 12 with an ultraviolet light laser, and removing a lacquer primary component of urushiol by means of a decomposition by a chemical reaction instead of a decomposition by heat as in a conventional laser processing; filling a wiring line 18 in a through-hole 16 included in the pattern; and mounting electronic circuits 6 and 13 connected to the wiring line 18, or having the wiring line as a component on each of the lacquer coating films 3, 12 and 21 by adding the electronic circuits to the lacquer coating film.
