Abstract:
PURPOSE:To secure sealing performance while coping with the difference of shapes and sizes of through holes easily by mounting a retaining member made of a magnet in a position corresponding to a through hole on a car body panel and retaining the retaining member until magnetic sealing material having fluidity injected in the through hole is hardened. CONSTITUTION:A retaining member 4 is magnetically fit to a dash panel 1 from the engine room a side so that it may fit to the outer periphery of a pipe 2. Then, magnetic sealing material 5 having fluidity is injected in a through hole 3 from a car room B side. As time passes, thereafter, the magnetic sealing material 5 becomes hardened, and if the retaining member 4 is removed after hardening of the magnetic sealing material 5, the through hole 3 in which the pipe 2 is put will be completely sealed with the hardened sealing material 5'.
