To provide an adhesive sheet usable for all process from lamination to exfoliation, and a method for producing a laminated ceramic electronic component using the same.
The adhesive sheet 2 has, on at least one side of the substrate film, a layer of a temperature sensitive adhesive agent containing a side-chain crystalline polymer, that crystallizes at a temperature not higher than its melting point, and a foaming agent. The method for producing a laminated ceramic electronic component comprises the following processes: a process of preparing a laminated article 3 by laminating a ceramic formed sheet on a surface of a layer of the temperature sensitive adhesive agent of the adhesive sheet 2 in a crystallized state of the side-chain crystalline polymer, a process of preparing a chopped piece 5 by cutting the laminated article 3 in a condition where an adhesive strength of the adhesive layer is emerged by heating the adhesive sheet 2 to a temperature above the melting point of the side-chain crystalline polymer, and a process of making the foaming agent to foam by heating the adhesive sheet 2 at least 20°C higher than the melting point of the side-chain crystalline polymer, to thereby exfoliate the chopped piece 5 from the foamed adhesive sheet 2.
