PURPOSE: To produce from easily available materials a culture broth capable of artificially and efficiently culturing Cordyceps Cinensis parasitizing in the larvae of Hepialus, and to supply the cultured medium for foods, thus permitting to massively produce the Cordyceps Cinensis.

CONSTITUTION: The raw body of a snapping turtle from which the blood and the viscera are removed is boiled in hot water, and the obtained extract of the ingredients of the snapping turtle is mixed with a soy sauce, a saccharide and a rice bran extract obtained by boiling rice bran in hot water.
