Abstract:
PURPOSE: To surely remove fungi, etc., living on the uneven surface of an artificial bed log to enable the uniform germination of mushrooms.
CONSTITUTION: In a bed log-carrying process, a lower washing device 3 for jetting washing water in the upward direction toward a bed log from the lower side and an upper washing device 4 for jetting washing water in the downward direction toward the upper various positions of the bed log from the upper side are disposed in series in a washing chamber 2 preventing the scattering of the washing water, thereby permitting the washing water to permeate into the fine parts of the bed log having an uneven surface, to surely remove fungi, etc., and to uniformly harvest mushrooms.
