Abstract:
To provide a method for producing flexible polyurethane foam having high hardness and excellent resistance to moist heat compression.
In this method for producing flexible polyurethane foam, a foaming raw material including an isocyanate component, a polyol component and an inorganic filler is foamed. In this case the inorganic filler is a silicate and the silicate is directly added to the polyol component without the aid of an organic solvent. This producing method is a very excellent method for producing flexible polyurethane foam from the view points of environment and productivity.
