To provide a method of producing fluidized soil, which is economical, good in workability, and controls suitable hardening speed, strength properties, and elasticity by using construction waste and general waste.

The method is carried out by using at least reclaimed materials such as construction generated soil, and composed of: an analyzing step of analyzing the granularity of each material; a designing step of obtaining predetermined qualities such as quick hardening properties, elasticity, and strength properties of the fluidized soil, according to an application; a granularity adjusting step of processing raw materials and adjusting the granurality in order to obtain the raw materials, based on the design; a raw material mixing step of mixing the raw materials to each other, based on the design; a kneading step of adding a hardener, water, and an admixture to the mixed raw materials and kneading the resulting material; and a placing step of adjusting the hardening speed at the time of placing the material.
