Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a foam laminate exhibiting excellent heat insulation properties.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for producing a foam laminate which is formed by laminating at least a layer (A)/a paper substrate/a layer (B)/a layer (C), in this order. The layer (B) is formed of printing ink (b). The method includes at least the following processes (i) to (iii): (i) a step of applying water onto a surface where the layer (A) of the paper substrate is laminated; (ii) a step of laminating a polyethylene-based resin (a) having a density of 935 kg/mto 970 kg/mas the layer (A) and high-pressure-processed low density polyethylene (c) having a density of 910 kg/mto 930 kg/mas the layer (C), on the paper substrate/the printing ink (b); and (iii) a step of subjecting a laminate formed of the polyethylene-based resin (a)/the printing ink (b)/the high-pressure-processed low density polyethylene (c) to heating treatment, and foaming the high-pressure-processed low density polyethylene (c).SELECTED DRAWING: None
