Abstract:
To produce a foam molded article having high adhesion between a foam molded portion and a surface layer made of an insert film by using a thin insert film that has a low influence on a weight reduction effect and heat insulation effect of foam molding when performing injection foam molding of a polycarbonate resin composition (A) by using an insert film.SOLUTION: A method for producing a foam molded article comprises: using a film having a thickness of 50 to 150 μm as an insert film, in which an adhesion surface is made of a polycarbonate resin composition (B); controlling an injection foam molding temperature of a polycarbonate resin composition (A) to (300+a)°C (in which a is a number from -20 to 40); controlling a surface temperature of the insert film to a predetermined temperature of (90-a)°C or higher and a glass transition temperature (Tg) or lower of the polycarbonate resin composition (B); and performing an injection foam molding.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
