Abstract:
To provide a three-dimensional fullerene polymer, especially the three-dimensional C60 polymer extending to a macro-scale.
The three-dimensional fullerene polymer is produced from a mixture of iodine with C60 powder by a photopolymerization reaction as follows. The mixture of the iodine with the C60 powder as a starting raw material 20 is fed to a press forming chamber 30 and press formed with a pressing part 40 in the press forming chamber 30. The starting raw material 20 in the press formed state is irradiated with laser beams L in a wavelength region of about 500-600 nm in a heated state at ≤300°C.
