Provided are a polyurethane roller which is a roller composed of a shaft and an elastic layer formed around the circumference of the shaft and obtained by reacting and curing a polyurethane-forming material mainly consisting of an isocyanate component and a polyol component, wherein the polyurethane-forming material contains a silicone foam stabilizer containing hydroxy groups in the molecular structure and an image formation apparatus provided with the polyurethane roller.
