Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing cooked food products by a new steam convection oven enabling daily dishes including boiled dishes to be cooked in large quantities uniformly and economically.
SOLUTION: The method comprises the following practice: Materials to be cooked are put into a vessel, a water-absorbing sheet selected from cloth, paper, nonwoven fabric, and the like, is put on the materials, a seasoning or liquid seasoning is poured thereon followed by carrying out the heat cooking.
