Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work transporting device capable of eliminating the necessity for provision of an intermediate provisionally placing table, establishing a high speed transport of works, securing a certain and smooth transport even through a long period of maintenance-free service, and conducting a change of the transport stroke simply at low cost.
SOLUTION: The work transporting device is structured so that a torque transmitting member 19 coupled interlocking with a motor 4 through a first gear transmission mechanism 14 and protruding from an eccentric part of a rotary shaft 15 capable of rotating in one direction continuously is fitted in a long hole 13 formed in the part of a transport arm 3 located below a swinging fulcrum shaft 8, which is put in circulating motions so as to draw an elliptical locus to the left and right by a link mechanism 31 coupled interlocking with the motor 4 through a second gear transmission mechanism 24, and the transport arm 3 is formed so that a work receiving member 5 at its top makes movement in one reciprocation between two work receptacle tables 32 and 33 in drawing a circular arc locus owing to the synthetization of the circulating motions of the fulcrum shaft 8 and the eccentric rotating motions of the torque transmitting member 19.
