To provide a method for producing high function milk comprising a total system for producing high functional milk that is enhanced in the antioxidation activities and enhanced in the content of conjugated linoleic acid.
The method for producing high functional milk comprises adding soy sauce lees yielded as a byproduct, when manufacturing the soy sauce so as to enhance the antioxidation activity of live stock milk and also can enhance the content of the conjugated linoleic acid. This method is characteristic, in obtaining high functional milk, simultaneously, in not only a single function but also two functions, but is also characteristic in making the conjugated linoleic acid secreted in the milk, despite of the soy sauce lees containing no conjugated linoleic acid.
