Abstract:

To provide a method for producing a hydrophilic polymer particle-containing oil without causing flocculation of polymer particles in their formulation in an oil.

The method for producing the hydrophilic polymer particle-containing oil comprises incorporating a mixture of hydrophilic polymer particles and a hydrophobic solvent with an oil higher in boiling point than the hydrophobic solvent followed by distilling off the hydrophobic solvent.
