Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of producing the nanoparticles of a metal or a metallic compound at high productivity.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for producing inorganic nanoparticles comprising: a step of forming a peeling layer made of an organic matter on a substrate; a step of forming an island structure film of the organic matter directly on the peeling layer; and a step of dissolving the peeling layer and peeling the island structure film. Preferably, the inorganic nanoparticles include chain nanoparticles. By utilizing the island structure film, inorganic nanoparticles can be easily produced at high productivity.
